Section 46.1 - 4-H CLUB EXHIBITS

 1. Open to 2007-2008 4-H Clubs in Hamilton-Wentworth.
 2. Clubs may place one exhibit from one of the Fall 2007 4-H Projects or 2008 4-H Club Projects.
 3. There is no entry fee.
 4. Each exhibit must indicate name of the Club, 4-H Emblem, topic and on display for each exhibit.
 5. Table space of approximately 4' x 3' will be available for each exhibit.
 6. Entries must be made to Rockton Fair - Box 38, Rockton, Ontario LOR 1XO - prior to Friday, October 3rd, 2008. Space will be allocated. Clubs bringing displays that have not been entered may not be able to set up.
 7. Exhibits must be placed in the Youth & Agriculture Centre by 9:00 p.m. on Thursday Oct. 9th. Hall will open from 1:00 p.m. Exhibits to be removed at 5:00 p.m. Thanksgiving Day. No later than 6:00 p.m.
 8. Exhibits will be graded according to merit and classified A, B or C.
Grade A - $30.00; Grade B - $25.00; Grade C - $20.00.

2. Note rules and regulations for Inter-County Dairy Calf Club Show. No Substitutions Calf must be this year's 4-H project.
