Special Award - The Agnes McKnight Trophy to the exhibitor winning the most points in the Food Division. This Trophy to be awarded annually, to the Exhibitor living in the Former Town of Flamborough. Indicate residency on Entry Form

Dave Fielding Trophy - To the exhibitor winning the most points in the culinary arts dept. Previous years winner not eligible.

     Entry tags to be securely fastened to all exhibits.
     All Exhibits MUST BE in Clear Plastic Bags - Except for Pies.
Please Note: Articles that are marked "RETAINED" will be kept at the end of the Fair, and will become property of the Sponsor of that class.

                                BREADS (Yeast)
Baked in pans approximately 23 cm x 13 cm x 7cm.
Only use bread machines where stated.
Prizes: 1st, $5.00; 2nd, $4.00; 3rd, $3.50; 4th, $3.00,
unless otherwise stated.

1. Loaf Raisin Bread.
2. Open Bread Contest, 60% Whole Wheat.
     Special - by FLEISCHMANN'S: using quick-rise or traditional fast-
     rising yeast. Recipe and yeast label must be submitted.
     Additional gift prizes for 1st & 2nd.
     N.B. - Winner of Class 2 will compete at the District 6 level in November, 2007. Winner will be contacted to bake a loaf for this event.
3. Special - Cheese Bread using Fleischmann's Yeast, made in a Bread Machine. Recipe and yeast label must be submitted.
    Additional gift prizes for 1st & 2nd from Fleischmann's
4. Four Dinner Rolls (unattached)
5. Multi-grain bread made in a Bread Machine.
6. Four iced cinnamon buns (attached).
