PLEASE NOTE THE RULES AND REGULATIONS STARTING ON PAGE #13, IN PARTICULAR RULE #1 UNDER EXHIBITOR FEES AND RULES #5, #6 & #7 UNDER “POWERS OF SOCIETY”

A breeding unit may show two animals in any Class. All animals must be owned by and registered in the name of the exhibitor. Registration Papers or photo static copies MUST be available day of show.
Entries must be in the hands of the General Manager on or before Sept. 30. Mail to Box 38 - Rockton Post Office - L0R 1X0. Fax: 519-647-3899. There will be a deduction of 15% in lieu of an entry fee.
All horses being exhibited at the Fair are to be negative to an immunodiffusion test (coggins test) for Equine Infectious Anemia tested within one year of the date of the Fair. A certificate is to be made available to the Fair Board Officials, if requested.
No entries will be allowed in ring after the fourth horse has been judged.

Clydesdale yearling stallion special - all entries for classes 3 and 10 must be from a mare owned by a resident of Ontario at the time of service and sired by a stallion owned and standing in the province of Ontario at the time of service, owner must be a current member of the Ontario Clydesdale Club 2009. Each colt or filly must be nominated with the Ontario Clydesdale Club.
Prize money for classes 3 and 10 will be paid directly from the Ontario Clydesdale Club to the exhibitor at the end of the show season.

Section 3 - BELGIAN

Rockton Fair is host to the Ontario Belgian Horse Association Stallion Point Program to be held for Stud Foals and Yearling Stallions. Each colt enrolled in the program must be from a mare owned here in Ontario at time of foaling and registered with the OBHA. The owner and exhibitor must be an Ontario resident and member of the OBHA at time of exhibiting. Points will be awarded by placing of the number of enrolled and eligible colts in the class.
