Entries received after Oct. 5: entry fee $6.00 per class or $25.00 for entire Division. No ENTRY FEE REFUNDS, other than advance entries because of inclement weather as determined by the committee or executive. Rule Changes No cross entries. May only show in Section 10, cannot show in Section 11. 60 second time limit to get into ring when number is called. Only 2 riders per animal. Horses & Ponies must be managable by rider, except for Lead Line. HELMETS MUST BE WORN AT ALL TIMES, EVEN IN COSTUME CLASS RIDE.
