Rabbit – Glen Johnston; Pigeon - Tom DeMunnick; Waterfowl - TBA.
Wire coops will be provided.
RULES
1. Due to Space Limitation, only the first 1,000 entries received will be accepted. Rabbit entries will be limited to the first 50.
2. Entries will be accepted until two weeks prior to the show, by Friday, Sept. 25, 2009. All Exhibitors who submit their entries on time will receive by mail, a pass to allow them entry Fri. or Sat. morning to coop their entries.
3. All exhibits must be in their proper place by 9:30 am on Saturday, Oct. 10th. Poultry and Pigeon judging will commence at 10 am Rabbits at 1:30 p.m.
4. Exhibits will be fed and cared for by the Directors. Settlers Supply Inc. donating feed for exhibits over weekend.
5. Rockton Agricultural Society will not be responsible for damage or loss of exhibits.
6. Exhibits showing signs of sickness or in poor condition will be removed at discretion of the Committee in Charge.
7. Exhibits may be brought Fri., Oct. 9th, from 12:00 Noon - 9:00 p.m.
and on Sat. Oct. 10th from 8:00 a.m. - 9:00 a.m.
8. A NON-REFUNDABLE Entry Fee of 75¢ per exhibit must accompany the completed Entry Form. Entry fee per Junior exhibit is 25¢.
9. No exhibitor is allowed to exhibit more than 2 entries per class except for geese and turkeys, only 1 entry per class per exhibitor.
10. Birds & Rabbits will remain in coops until 5:00 p.m., Monday.
11. All exhibitors (except Juniors) must pay a yearly exhibitor fee to the Rockton Agricultural Society.
12. The Committee reserves the right to double-coop if necessary.
13. Judging will be done according to the Standard of Perfection. First place will not necessarily be awarded to the only entry in its class, according to the Judges opinion.
14. Liability for damage, loss or injury caused by an exhibit will be the responsibility of the owner.

All birds entered must originate from Salmonella Pullorum-Typhoid clean provinces, states, countries, or have been tested (to Animal Disease and Protection Act - Section 79, standards) with negative results to be eligible for entry.
