Class III - Grades 1 & 2 - Topic - Open 3 minutes.

Commemorative Plaque donated by Sheffield Lions awarded to 1st prize speaker in each Class. Midway tickets provided to all participants by Campbell Amusements & Ed Oldham. All non-winning participants will receive cash award of $2.00 and merit ribbons.
