Public Statement Regarding Don Pede
The Rockton Agricultural Society and Don Pede have mutually agreed to resolve their differences because they wish to put their disagreement behind them and move forward amicably.
The Society hereby retracts its allegations against Mr. Pede, including the allegations of misconduct, made in the context of litigation. The Society wishes to make clear that it does not believe Mr. Pede engaged in any misconduct while employed by the Society.
